He came to to WMS on July 31, 1997 with his brother Sedona when he was 13 weeks old. They were rescued from an Exotic Breeder in Paso Robles. When he arrived, Durango was very shy and afraid of men. He is a healing and spiritual wolf. When he does a healing an angel appears on his forehead. Durango is sometimes the Omega and sometimes the Alpha. This depends on how Segoni and he are interacting on any given day. Upon entering the compound, he will stay to himself, watching, but curious. He will study you and look into your soul with his piercing gold eyes. Durango is very selective as to who he approaches. When he is ready he will come to you. If he wants you to rub his chest he will offer his paw to you. He is very stingy with his kisses but he loves to rub his head on yours, giving you his scent. He is very statuesque and beautiful. Durango is very alert and always knows where Segoni and Dakota are and what they are doing.
