About the Wolves:
 |
You will be meeting our wolves. The wolves are very social and loving.
You will be able to sing with the wolves. |
 |
You will learn the story behind the sanctuary and each of the wolves you meet.
You will also be educated on wolves in general. You will learn that most
of the facts you think about wolves are in fact myths. |
 |
Please bring some
Hamburger Meat for Mishomi, it is the only thing he can digest now..
You may bring
treats for the wolves. The wolves favorite treat is "Frozen, Boneless,
Skinless Chicken" or Beef! Knucklebones/soup bones, dog bones from Costco,
Pedigree Marro Bone and Chicken Jerky are the only things allowed.
Please do not give a wolf a treat without the permission of a staff member.
You may also bring raw beef or chicken (no chicken bones allowed) for the
wolves. We can always use the extra meat as our meat prices have been
raised 50%. During the summer the wolves love fruit, call Tonya for
recommendations.
|
 |
Donations of food can not be used in lieu of the visit
donation, they will be in addition to it. The sanctuary receives no
funding and the monetary donations for your tour is what keeps WMS operating and
the wolves fed. |
 |
If you are an adoptive parent you are still required to pay the visit donation.
WMS depends on these donations to feed the wolves. Monthly payments from
adoptive parents are not enough to feed all the wolves and many monthly payments
ARE NOT received each month. |
